Poster and presentation instructions

Oral presentation

All speakers

• Bring your PowerPoint file in a USB memory with you. Slide format (16:9) is preferred. Check availability of your file before your session. PowerPoint in Windows 10 will be provided. Mac system is also be available for backup. Please discuss with us in advance if you need special setting.

Poster presentation

• Poster sessions will be celebrated on July 9^th and 10^th, 2024.

• The poster display size is as follows: width: 910 mm; height: 1,830 mm.

• The poster size must be DIN 0 (width: 841 mm; height: 1,189 mm).

• Exhibit your poster on an assigned panel.

• Include the abstract number in the upper left.

• Include the abstract if possible for better understanding without a presenter.

• Posters will be removed on the 11th of July, in the morning.
